The first level teaches you the hand-positions used to give a full Reiki Treatment for hands- on self-healing and healing others. You also learn techniques for healing and meditation. In the second level, you learn 3 symbols that allow you to increase the flow of Reiki and send it distantly. The symbols can also be used to direct Reiki for mental and emotional healing. The flow of energy at this level is considered to be 4 times as potent as at level 1. The final level confers the Master Symbol and empowers you to attune others to Usui Reiki.
