The Lost Continent of Lemuria: Light- Beings & Healing Energy | A Mayastar Energy Healing Article Introduction This article is an excerpt from the Book of Inspiration eBook by Mayastar. We will look at the ancient ‘lost continent’ of Lemuria. The Lemurians are not truly lost to us, and Lemurian light-beings provide support, encouragement & healing today. Many of those who feel called as ‘Lightworkers’ are guided, inspired and supported by the Lemurians in their work. Modern-Day Lightworkers & Ancient Lemuria Lightworkers are spiritual seekers that pursue the same goals as the Lemurians did during their period of physical incarnation on this planet. And the dedicated work of the Lemurians continues now trans- dimensionally; work that we all play a part in and which affects us all: the spiritual evolution of the individual, the raising of the consciousness of humanity as a whole; as well as the raising of the basal vibrational frequency of the planet as part of an ascension process that is part of our Universal destiny. Life in all dimensions works towards growth, development and ascension. We are all of One Universe and are all united by this common ‘destination’ (destiny). The 2012 Convergence & the Spiritual Ascension of the Planet Many Intuitives, Psychics, Indigos, Crystal Children and Lightworkers are feeling a Lemurian ‘call’. Some were no doubt previously incarnated during the height of Lemuria’s time on the earth plane and some may well be genetically descended from the Lemurians. The Harmonic convergence in 2012 marked the beginning of the Age of Aquarius. On the Winter Solstice of 2012, our sun moved into a dark area of the Milky Way along with the primary star of the Pleiadian constellation. This event initiated a shift in the energy of our planet that marked an important evolutionary opportunity for humanity as a whole. Now, 10 years later, the effects of these shifts are more apparent & more people are drawn to exploring their spiritual heritage & healing potential. The History of Lemuria The history of Lemuria (also called ‘The Mother Land’) has never been documented as a verifiable historical fact. However, ancient legends, knowledge of geology and some archaeological discoveries have certainly suggested that the ‘lost continent’ of Lemuria (or ‘Mu’) not only existed, but that its magical and spiritual reputation is validated. The Lemurians were a peaceful and spiritually advanced race, living in harmony on a large continent in the Pacific Ocean between 98,000 B.C. until around 8000 B.C. (pre-dating Atlantis). They are depicted as human but generally, taller, happier and healthier. Even during physical incarnation, their connection to their divine source was central to their lives. Peace and love reigned supreme in ancient Lemuria & even until today, their love of humanity and the natural world is something we all might aspire to replicate in our lives. Despite their success as a civilization, there was a fundamental area in which they seemed unable to find reconciliation; they were aware of their spiritual nature and their consciousness was at such a level that they were homesick for their true spiritual home. Much as they loved the world and could see the beauty and wonder of the divine reflected around them, the separation from their spiritual home and their inability to synchronise with the lower vibrational frequencies of physicality on the earth plane simply couldn’t be surmounted. As the climate changed; the end of an ice age meant that melting glacial waters swelled the Pacific Ocean that surrounded their continent. As the waters around them began to rise they considered their options. There was no sudden cataclysmic event (such as that ascribed to the demise of Atlantis), though the waters rose quickly over a few years and the Lemurians knew they had to make a choice. Some Lemurians sailed off to relocate on other continents; Easter Island, Hawaii, California and areas of South America. Surviving Lemurians are credited with founding the Mayan civilization. There are ancient myths and artefacts that have been passed down for generations that tell of these ancient beings arriving from a sinking continent and integrating with the natives. In which case, it follows that the Lemurian genetic line is present in people today. And with their genes, the energetic blueprints of the ancient Lemurians has also been passed down. Archaeological excavations in the Pacific and Indian Oceans have suggested that there was indeed a landmass that sank beneath the waves thousands of years ago. And it is believed that some Lemurians formed their own subterranean city called “Telos” within or beneath Mt Shasta in California. Other Lemurian beings ascended to a higher dimensional state; such was their advanced spiritual nature that they were able to raise their basal vibrational frequencies to a level that made this transition possible without going through a physical death. Some Lemurians chose to remain to undergo a physical death for the purpose of reincarnation in human form at a future time in order to assist the world at the time of the harmonic convergence in 2012 & beyond. These Lemurian souls are incarnated in the present day as Indigos, Crystal Children and Lightworkers. These spiritual souls often carry with them the same sense of home-sickness that affected the ancient Lemurians but rather than “sickness” it can be seen as a yearning to connect that inspires the soul to progress the path of healing. The Lost Continent of Atlantis & Lemuria Some people suggest that the Atlanteans were the same as the Lemurians however spirit communications and channellings do not bear this out. The Atlantean civilization was formed before the Lemurian continent sank but the Lemurians were around for thousands of years before the Atlanteans. There are also massive differences in the ways their evolution progressed. The Lemurians became more spiritual in nature over time; their longing to return to their home in the stars increased. In contrast, the Atlanteans became increasingly worldly. The Atlanteans chose to discount their nature as eternal spirits in order to pursue technological advancement. Ultimately, the inevitable occurred; concerns of worldly power and advancement meant that spiritually they not only stagnated but began to descend to a state of consciousness (and lower energy frequency) that was at odds with their essential spiritual nature. The Universe is in a perpetual state of growth; birth, death and rebirth. This continual cycle brings advancement and evolution, so a stagnant/regressive civilization would naturally need to come to an end. When Atlantis sank, the Atlanteans were no longer spiritually advanced enough to ascend. In Summary & Lemurian Energy Healing Modalities In summary, the Lemurians live on – among us, in other dimensions located in distant star systems, in the genetic make-up of their human descendants, reincarnated in physical form and in a subterranean city called Telos that exists beneath Mt Shasta in California.
