The Higher Heart Chakra: Gateway to the Expression of Spiritual Love The Traditional 7-Chakra System There are 7 main energy centres that comprise the human energy field. These are located along the spine, rising from the Base Chakra which is located at the tail-bone, to the Crown Chakra at the very top of the head. Our Chakras are connected with different energy frequencies and states of consciousness. They correspond with different colours, elements, celestial bodies and symbols. And by working with them, we can bring ourselves into balance in order to progress our healing journey, awaken our spiritual gifts and achieve higher states of consciousness. Other Chakra Systems The 7 Chakra system is the most prevalent but not the only Chakra system we can work with. For example, through the Avalonian Trilogy of attunement courses which includes the Avalonian Alignment Programme, Star of Avalon Ascension and Avalonian Spectral Activations, we work with 9 Chakras, which are also called “Star Centres”. The additional Chakras in this system are the Earth Star Chakra, which is 6-12” below the feet and connects us to the earth; and the Soul Star Chakra, which is 6-12” above the head and connects us to the higher spiritual planes. This 9-Chakra system is also used in the Celestial Encodings System which was channelled through Pleiadian Light-Beings. The Higher Heart Chakra & the Thymus Gland There is another very important energy centre we can work with that exists within the energy body, between the Heart Chakra and the Throat Chakra. This Chakra is called the Higher Heart Chakra and it corresponds with the position of the Thymus Gland. The Thymus Gland is located behind the breast bone and is an essential part of our immune system. T-cells that fight infections and disease are produced by the Thymus gland during our childhood and adolescence, but this function gradually tails off as we mature, and the Thymus gland shrinks. To locate this Chakra, place your hand flat against your upper chest – just below the dip between your collar bones, and your Higher Heart Chakra is positioned just below where your fingers come to. This Chakra is related to our intentions and the ways we express our spirit through the physical form. It can be pictured as a crown above the Heart Chakra and can be activated before working with energy healing modalities to enhance the flow of energy through the palms, which are also connected with the Heart and Higher Heart Chakras. The colours pink and green are most often associated with the Heart Chakra. The Higher Heart Chakra has a number of colour correspondences so I recommend trying out different ones to see what works best for you! The colours turquoise and aquamarine are particularly associated with this energy centre. But some people connect it with pink energy, gold energy or rainbow energy, while connecting the Heart Chakra with green energy. Spiritual Love, Healing & Spiritual Awakening through the Higher Heart Chakra Just as the Heart Chakra is connected with love and the giving and receiving of love, so the Higher Heart Chakra is associated with our expressions of love that are intentional and motivated by our highest spiritual principles. Working with the Higher Heart Chakra can help us to align with our spiritual goals and find our true path in life. Activating the Higher Heart Chakra can help us to express mercy, compassion, forgiveness and kindness as well as find deeper spiritual connection with the world and those around us. Regularly working with this energy can also be a potent way of connecting with the inner child and working on healing emotional and spiritual traumas experienced during birth and throughout childhood. Connecting regularly with the Higher Heart Chakra can help us to connect with the Angels, Ascended Masters, Lemurians, Pleiadians and Avalonian Light-Beings by helping us to achieve states of deep communion with them during meditation. Working with dolphin energy can also assist us to express the Higher Heart Chakra energy by helping us to enter into a more childlike, intuitive state of consciousness that help us to interact with other energy without judgement or attachment. Ways to Activate the Higher Heart Chakra Here are a few ideas for you to consider in developing your own Higher Heart Chakra rituals to help you align with and manifest this higher energetic frequency in your own life: 1. Choose a crystal that you feel resonates strongly with this energy centre.
