What are the Chakras?

The Chakras are energetic centres within the “Light-Body” or energy field of

all people and animals. They are sometimes referred to as wheels because

they rotate or spin, but they are more accurately visualised as spheres of

different coloured light energy. Different coloured light energies resonate at

different energetic frequencies or vibrations and these different energetic

currents have different properties. Ideally, our Chakras should be in balance

with each other to ensure life-force energy (also called “ki”, “chi” or “prana”)

is able to effectively circulate through the Light-Body in order to maintain

our energetic health and integrity.

Chakra Healing Courses

Each Chakra centre has special correspondences that we can use to connect

more deeply with that particular energetic current. There are sacred

mantras, symbols, planets, angels, energetic rays and many more

associations we can use to enhance our healing practice and help us to

explore the unique properties of each Chakra.

The Names of the Chakras

In the Avalonian Trilogy we work with 9 Chakra Centres which are called:

The Earth Star

The Star of Origin

The Star of the Waters

The Star of the Sacred Flame

The Star of the Heart

The Star of the Mountain

And The Soul Star

These correspond with the traditional 7-Chakra system with the addition of

the Earth Star, which connects us to the temporal world and the sacred earth

through an energetic sphere that we carry within our light-body, about 6-12”

below our feet. The Soul Star, which connects us to the spiritual world and

higher dimensions, is located 6-12” above the crown of the head, within the

light-body.

Chakras & higher states of consciousness (3D, 4D, 5D & up to 11D)

Each energy centre is connected with a different level of consciousness and

by working regularly with chakra energies we can learn to connect with

those higher spiritual planes of existence. The Earth Star Chakra connects us

with the level of 3D consciousness – that is our worldly experience and

awareness that allows us to navigate the physical world and ground our

higher spiritual energies into actions; any way that you manifest your

intention into a reality is a demonstration of healthy and powerful 3D-

consciousness. The different dimensional levels of consciousness follow the

line of of energy centres along the spine, through the crown of the head and

end with the Soul Star Chakra which connects us to the 11th Dimension or

11D consciousness.

Working with the Chakras for energy healing & spiritual awakening

A daily practice of activating each energy centre in turn can not only help us

to access higher levels of consciousness, but can bring balance and

empowerment to the Light-Body by increasing the flow of life-force energy

throughout the system. A healthy flow of life-force energy ensures areas of

stagnation or energetic debris from general living can be cleansed and

repaired so that they don’t result in long-term energetic blocks that

compromise our health and well-being. When an imbalance in the Chakra

system persists for a long time, we can stop being aware of our own

dysregulation and discomfort; and that can prevent us from seeking out a

solution to the problem. But impediments to the flow of energy through the

energy body don’t only affect our energetic awareness and expression; they

are also translated through our being as reflected in different planes of

existence. So an energetic block might start out as an energetic problem

that might result in us being less aware of our intuition and inner guidance

systems, but over time, this might be expressed on other levels so we may

experience repetitive and restrictive emotions, cycling thoughts or limiting

beliefs, and even physical health issues.

This phenomenon works the other way around too. A physical illness may be

reflected in different aspects of our being, compromising our emotional,

mental and spiritual health too.

So whatever the cause of an illness or imbalance, we can’t state that energy

healing provides a “cure” because a holistic approach to healing is always

necessary! But energy healing practices can certainly help to bring the

energetic landscape closer to the original energetic blueprint and improve

situations that way whatever the original cause of the imbalance might be.
