The Universal Light Inc. is a legally recognized church with ministers all over the world and was established as a non-denominational, non-dogmatic, parapsychological and metaphysical church-without-walls. It is a 'not-for-profit' corporation. Its founder and patriarch Rev. Dr. Don Hauck, (originally ordained in a different church), set out to establish a simple church that would represent as closely as possible what he believed existed in Spirit. (Spirit or Energy, is what followers of religion refer to as God, Alpha and Omega, or I AM THAT I AM; spiritualist, as The Light, God the Father/Mother, Creator, Primal Energy, or the Higher Power; and physicists, as the "Unified Field."). Here we will refer to it as "THE UNIVERSAL LIGHT"; (T.U.L.). We call people whose religious beliefs cause them to put their efforts and energy towards the positive and good of others "LIGHT WORKERS" & we can ordain them!

If you were to imagine everything that exists, from trees to stars and planets, melted down into one big spot and nothing else, including space, was there - this then would be T.U.L.. It is the basis of all that is: in everything and around everything. Nothing exists without it. Physicists tell us that the basic constituents of everything are the same: only the manner in which the constituents intelligently communicate with each other and move around determines what that energy turns into. Everything comes from the "Unified Field" in the form of 'waves'; these 'waves' turn into 'energy' and the 'energy' turns to matter.

Our basic premise is that everyone and everything is a "member" or part of T.U.L.. In turn , T.U.L. is a part of everything and everyone - if not in fact; is everything and everyone. You do not need to know or even accept your "membership" for it to be so. T.U.L. simply expresses itself in infinite ways. Hence, just as there are no two identical snow flakes, there are no two identical people or things in this world. T.U.L. is omnipotent, and omnipresent. Our 'Religion' can therefore be stated as; "There is a Loving, Father/Mother God which therefore creates or causes the Brotherhood of Mankind!"

As we work to build the New Paradigm, The Universal Light Church found a new responsibility; the protection of Light Workers, since they use various metaphysical and Parapsychological methods and tools which may not be understood by the general population. Many Light Workers have learned their art through inspiration, mentors, angels and other so-called "unorthodox" or "alternative" means. We are in fact seeing the traditional healing fields, such as medicine, blend with those of the metaphysicians and Parapsychologist. An ordained minister is protected in their ministering to others by The Constitution of the United States. It ordains ministers and certifies them in ministries of their choosing. It ordains anyone who expresses the desire to function as a Light Worker.

T.U.L. updates its records on each of its ministers annually in order to validate that they are still active within the church --- a requirement in many US states to maintain being a licensed minister. Several US states have now changed their laws from; 'illegal to practice medicine' to ' illegal to practice HEALING without a license. Most US states require a licensed minister to maintain an active ministry in the church it was ordained. Any minister of TUL can be validated from anywhere by phone. The Constitution protects an ordained minister regardless of the state in which they set up their ministry. However to officiate a wedding the laws of each state must be complied with. (A TUL minister can call its headquarters in Cincinnati any time to find their States laws regarding this.)
 

If you feel the need of a course or someone to tell you what you should believe, you are not yet ready to be a minister of The Universal Light. TUL also confers an accredited Doctorate in Divinity to those who qualify. It updates its records on each of its ministers annually in order to validate that they are still active with in the church. (Update cost is only $25 if paid by October 1st each year).
