Hello, my name is Anna. I am a Holistic Therapist and Master of a number of energy healing systems. I have worked with various spiritual healing and development systems for the last 17 years.

I am the founder and Principal of the Mayastar Academy of Natural Healing & Spiritual Development. I am the originator of the Avalonian Alignment Programme; a series of empowerments that align the individual with the powerful energy currents of the Avalonians as expressed through the sacred area of Glastonbury Tor; the Isle of Avalon.  I am also originator of the Lemurian Indigo Connections System, the Elemental Pentagram & Magic Circle Empowerments Course and the Rainbow Sequence Healing Technique.

In addition to my energy work achievements and experience, I have studied and received diplomas in many holistic therapies including Crystal Healing, Colour Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Intra-Focal Healing, Integrated Therapeutic Counselling and Meditation.  I take my role as a spiritual guide and tutor seriously. I am deeply committed to the development and empowerment of the individual and this is what I strive to bring to my students through Mayastar.  I meditate and work with the modalities I teach on a regular basis. I also continue study a great deal!

On a personal level, in my spare time I enjoy reading, long walks in the countryside, collecting and working with crystals. I also enjoy studying runelore, religion, shamanism, metaphysics and mythology, painting, dance (especially ballet), meditation and writing. I also enjoy practicing contemplative meditation and praying the rosary :-) 

For 'holidays' I like to visit Glastonbury or other sacred sites within the UK.  I also enjoy long retreats at the Poor Clares Monestary in Arkley to allow myself time to reflect and deepen my relationship with the Universe.  I believe my natural dedication to the spiritual aspects of life enhance the work I do through Mayastar and I hope this comes through in my courses.
